2008 China International Exhibition on Public Security and Public Emergencies Rescue Technology & Equipment will be opened on March 13- 15, 2008, in Beijing National Agricultural Exhibition Hall. By then, famous enterprises from different countries and regions will exhibit their advanced technology and equipment on Public Security and Public Emergencies Rescue, at the same time, government officials, experts, scholars, and personnel engaging in security emergency administration & rescue, representatives from institutions engaging in research and development of emergency rescue technology, enterprises engaging in manufacturing emergency rescue products, and vast number of people caring public security emergency administration & rescue will be invited and attracted to visit, exchange opinions, and develop trade & cooperation. This global grand event will have a far-reaching influence on the development of emergency rescue technology and the improvement on emergency rescue equipment, not just on China’s, but on those of the world.
Stepping into the 21st century, the world has witnessed a series of major crises, such as the "September 11" Incident, the outbreak of SARS, epidemic of Bird Flu and the Indian Ocean Earthquake and Tsunami. More and more people recognize that the reactions against major crisis have to be strengthened. After SARS, the Party Central Committee and State Council proposed to speed up the construction of public emergencies response mechanism. The Third and the Fourth Plenary Sessions of the Eleventh Central Committee clearly raised, to establish a sound social early warning system to improve the capability of public security protection and that of handling emergencies. On the occasion of the 29th Olympic Games to be held, ?to hold 2008 China International Public Security and Public Emergencies Rescue Technology & Equipment Exhibition, is to create an opportunity for the peers engaging in public security emergency administration & rescue, to exchange opinions with each other and to learn from each other; and to build a platform for institutions engaging in research and development of emergency rescue technology and enterprises engaging in manufacturing emergency rescue products, to deepen mutual understanding, to learn from each other's strong points and to carry on win-win cooperation.

1. International standard booth:
Price of 9 sqm for domestic enterprises: 8800 Yuan
Price of 9 sqm for overseas enterprises: 2,400 USD; Corner booth, adding 10% (Including: Fascia board in Chinese and English, standard booth configuration, one negotiation table, two chairs, two spotlights, one power socket of 220V/10A, wall to wall carpet, venue cleaning and venue security etc)
2. Raw Space (minimum 18 sqm), 850RMB per skm for domestic enterprises, 220 USD per skm for overseas enterprises (the construction administration fee RMB20 per sqm should be paid by exhibitor)
3. Outside Raw Space (minimum of 27sqm), 750 RMB per sqm, 200 USD per skm for overseas enterprises (the construction administration fee RMB20 per sqm should be paid by exhibitor)
4. Seminar: 10000 RMB per 45-minute period for domestic enterprises, 200 USD per 45-minute period for overseas enterprises

1. Fill in the application form (contract) stamped with company seal and mail or fax it to the organization committee.
2. After filling in the application form, please pay the deposit of 50% of exhibition cost within 7 days, the balance has to be paid and the remittance certificate has to be faxed to the organizing committee before Feb. 15, 2008, otherwise, the organizing committee will not keep the original booth, and the deposit will not be returned to the exhibitors.
3. The organizer provides "Exhibition Manual" to assist exhibitors to make preparations.

1. Equipments, which are banned by state and public security department for sale and use, are forbidden to enter exhibition for sale.
